Welcome to the NCR Aloha status page, the place to view status of cloud services within NCR Hospitality. We use this page as the primary means of communicating incidents and scheduled maintenance to our customers. When we learn of an incident that might affect our customers, we will manually update the service status here. We mark it as degraded performance (yellow) when the service is partially available, and a Major Outage (red) when the service is completely unavailable. Keep in mind that the entire day will change color only when a full outage occurs for that day.
The uptime % reported here is the basis for any service level agreement claims made by NCR's customers.
